Private by design: this tool works entirely in your browser. Your files are never uploaded to our server. Free, no sign-up, no watermark.
How to use
- Choose two or more photos (JPG, PNG, WebP, HEIC…).
- Drag the frames into order; set the delay for all frames or for single frames.
- Choose size and shape, fit or crop, background, repeats, colors and dithering.
- Press “Make GIF”, check the preview and download.
Everything happens in your browser: the photos are never uploaded. Each frame gets its own optimized palette; Floyd–Steinberg dithering keeps gradients smooth.
Frequently asked questions
Are my photos uploaded?
No. The GIF is created on your device.
How do I make one frame stay longer?
Type a delay in the number field under that frame, for example 2000 for two seconds. Empty fields use the common delay.
Why is my GIF large?
GIF is an old format with weak compression. Reduce the size, the number of colors or the number of frames to make it smaller.
