Resize images

Make photos smaller or larger in pixels or percent — one image or a whole batch.

Private by design: this tool works entirely in your browser. Your files are never uploaded to our server. Free, no sign-up, no watermark.

How to use

  1. Choose one or more images.
  2. Enter a width and/or height in pixels, or choose a percentage.
  3. Keep “Keep proportions” on to avoid stretching.
  4. Press Start and download the resized images (ZIP for many).

With “Keep proportions” the image fits inside the width and height you enter. Leave one of the fields empty to set only the width or only the height.

Frequently asked questions

How do I resize a photo to 1080 px wide?

Type 1080 in Width, leave Height empty and keep proportions on. The height is calculated automatically.

Can I resize many photos at once?

Yes, add them all; the same settings apply to every image and you can download a ZIP.

Does resizing reduce file size?

Making images smaller in pixels usually makes files much smaller too. To hit an exact size in KB use the Compress image tool.

Are my images uploaded?

No. Resizing happens in your browser.
