Video editor
Cut, arrange and finish a video on a multi-track timeline. Everything runs on your device — your clips are not uploaded — and it works offline once saved.
Loading the editor…
Private by design: this tool works entirely in your browser. Your files are never uploaded to our server. Free, no sign-up, no watermark.
How to use
- Press “Import” or drop videos, music and photos into the editor.
- Drag them to the timeline, cut with the blade, add effects, titles and transitions.
- Press “Export”: choose a format, or “Compress to N MB” for a size limit.
- Save the file. The project is also kept in this browser.
The editor has keyframes with Bézier and spring curves, masks, colour wheels, chroma key, motion blur, nested sequences and keyboard layouts like Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve and CapCut. Export uses your device’s video encoder (WebCodecs) and writes large files straight to disk.
In the export window you can choose a target size (for example 25 MB): the same smart planner as in the “Compress video to MB” tool picks the resolution and bitrates. There is no server mode for editing projects, because the server does not build timelines.
Frequently asked questions
Is my footage uploaded?
No. Editing and export run in your browser. Only the simple “Quick on server” button of the separate tools uploads a file.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Open the Offline menu in the header and download the “Video editor” package once; later the editor opens without internet.
Which browser do I need?
A recent Chrome or Edge gives the best results; Safari and Firefox work with fewer export options. The editor needs HTTPS (or localhost).
Is the editor available in my language?
The editor interface is in Russian and English; other site languages show the English interface.
