By using FileTone you agree to these terms.

1. The service

FileTone provides free online tools for working with files. The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do our best to produce correct results, but we cannot guarantee that every file will be processed correctly or that the service is always available.

2. Your files and your responsibility

• You keep all rights to your files. We only process them to give you the result.
• You may only upload files that you own or have permission to use. Do not use the service to infringe copyright, remove DRM or other protection, or process illegal content.
• Keep your own copies: results are deleted from our server one hour after processing.

3. Fair use and limits

To keep the service free for everyone, server tools have limits (file size, number of files per time period, track length and similar). Automated mass use, attempts to bypass limits or to disrupt the service are not allowed.

4. Official documents

Photo presets for passports and visas are provided for convenience. Requirements change; always check the official rules of the authority you apply to. We are not responsible for rejected applications.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of data, profits or other damages arising from the use of the service.

6. Changes

We may change these terms or the service at any time. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
