Convert video or GIF to a Telegram video sticker
Get a WEBM file that meets all Telegram rules — 512 px, 3 seconds, 256 KB, VP9, no sound — ready for @Stickers.
Your files are uploaded over an encrypted connection, processed automatically and permanently deleted after 1 hour. Nobody looks at them. Free, no sign-up, no watermark.
How to use
- Choose a video or GIF (MP4, MOV, WEBM, GIF).
- Pick where the 3-second clip starts, its length and the speed.
- Choose “Whole frame” or “Fill square”.
- Press Start, check the preview and download the WEBM. Upload it to @Stickers with /newvideo.
Telegram rejects video stickers larger than 256 KB. The converter calculates the bitrate for your clip and re-encodes until the file fits, lowering the frame rate only if needed.
